Before practicing law, our founding partner Paul A. Bullman worked a variety of jobs from working in grocery stores, phone customer service, delivering pizza, unloading and loading trucks to cleaning cars. Paul went to business school then law school with the goal of representing workers.
To gain broad experience, Paul began practicing law representing all sides to employment disputes. The law firm Paul worked for represented workers and employers at the EEOC and in court. Paul gained significant experience seeing employment disputes from all different angles.
After gaining valuable experience in employment law, Paul wanted to fulfill his dream of starting a law firm that only represented workers. Paul fulfilled this dream in 2010. Our law office started in 2010 with the promise that we would represent workers and never employers in employment disputes. Whether the case involved the EEOC, a lawsuit, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, other harassment, discrimination or wrongful termination, our employment law group would fight for workers. Since our firm started, we have fulfilled this promise every day by representing workers, never employers.
Our law firm has steadily grown through the years. We are now four workplace lawyers who each day focus on representing workers in work related cases. Each lawyer in our employment law group brings different life and work experiences that we use to better fight for our clients. We proudly represent workers who were wrongfully fired or suffered workplace harassment, or were otherwise mistreated at work.
