The EEOC has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court alleging that managers at an Albuquerque sports bar have sexually harassed female employees. The sports bar, Ojas Locos Sports Cantina, is a Texas-based chain.
The EEOC’s allegations cite sexual harassment by both managers and co-workers and alleges that since 2014 the women had received a text message of a supervisor’s private parts, received requests for sex and endured constant derogatory comments about their bodies. In addition, the EEOC alleges that at least one woman was retaliated against when she was fired after refusing advances.
