The five largest hospitals in the Portland, Oregon area, ranked by net patient revenue as of 2016, are as follows:

1. OHSU Hospital
2. Providence St. Vincent Medical Center
3. Providence Portland Medical Center
4. Salem Hospital
5. Legacy Emanuel Medical Center

The largest, OHSU Hospital, had a net patient revenue in 2016 of $1.63 billion. The other four hospitals all saw net revenues above $665 million.
